Our Craft Beer Philosophy
Cervecería Alemana is structured as a small, owner-operated craft brewery and taproom, located in Los Lunas, New Mexico. The concept blends Old World brewing influences with New World creativity, reflecting German and Mexican cultural roots with a New Mexican Twist. The focus is on freshness, quality, and storytelling: guests experience rotating taps of house-brewed beer while surrounded by sound, design, and imagery that reinforce the brand’s heritage.
